The second-largest crypto-asset, Ethereum, also fell 1.0 percent to $1,870, according to CNBC, with a market cap of $224.8 billion.
Similar to the two crypto assets above, meme-based virtual currency Dogecoin fell 0.7 percent to $0.64 with a market cap of $9.09 billion.
Then the Shiba Inu and Solana also fell 0.4 percent and 0.9 percent, respectively, to $0.075 and $21.82, respectively. The two crypto assets have market caps of $4.4 billion and $8.7 billion, respectively.
Polygon slipped 2.0 percent to $0.73 with a market cap of $6.7 billion.
Overall, the global crypto market cap hit $1.18 trillion as of Thursday (07/13/2023), with trading volume hitting $30.93 billion in the last 24 hours.
