Intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov warned that a return would be possible without any problems as long as the facility remained occupied by Moscow troops.
Yevgeny Prigozhin is in Russia
“The leader of the Russian mercenaries, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has returned to Russia,” said Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, even though Prigozhin struck a peace deal with the Kremlin in which he agreed to move to Belarus.
“As for Prigozhin, he is in St. Petersburg. It is not on Belarusian territory,” said Alexander Lukashenko.
