One person died and three others were injured by shrapnel.
“An investigation into the deaths and injuries caused by another hostile fire against the Bilozerska parish in Kherson has been launched,” the Kherson region prosecutor’s office said on social media.
At around 19:00 local time, the Russians shelled the village of Bilozerska in Kherson.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said Russia is also focusing its attacks on other eastern areas, including Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Marinka.
They recorded that over 30 battles took place that day.
“In the Lyman sector, more than ten villages were hit by artillery when the Russian armed forces failed to drive out Ukrainian troops from their positions near Novoehorivka in the Luhansk region,” the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said.
In addition, ten other locations in Avdiivka were also shelled by the Russians.
According to the report, Ukraine successfully repelled Russian attacks in the southern regions of Berkhivka and Bohdanivka in the Donetsk region.
