To support the ecosystem in the used car business, PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk partners with Otospector on vehicle inspection with 1-year engine warranty support for each used car financing.

Nana Indrayana, Head of Dealer Financing Car PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk, said his site offers a used car installment term of one to five years with a fixed rate.

“BFI Finance's used car loan facility financing has been combined directly with Otospector's warranty package, allowing customers to facilitate the purchase of units in BFI Finance's partner showrooms,” he said.

On the showroom side, this collaboration can also increase sales value for used car dealers who sell vehicle units through a BFI Finance financing program.

As of March 31, 2023, BFI Finance has 273 offices across Indonesia, 45 of which provide Sharia finance services.

He said for every used car purchased from a partner showroom, the showroom will then notify BFI Finance about the financing facility.

In addition, BFI communicates with the customer and a financing approval can be given within a maximum period of 1×24 hours if the data is complete.

Used cars that are no more than 15 years old can be eligible for financing to give them the flexibility to choose used cars of different brands, types and years.

Otospector founder and CEO Jeffrey Andika said his party provides a one-year warranty for engine and transmission repairs in the event of damage.

To date, the company has tested and guaranteed 60,000 vehicle units in 500 partner showrooms in Jabodetabek, Bandung, Yogyakarta and Surabaya.

It offers free 24-hour emergency service with unlimited use during the active warranty period.
