Diksia.com - JAKARTA, Electric motorcycles are vehicles that require minimal maintenance, yet verification of all electrical aspects must be considered, particularly those directly related to the battery.
ALVA Chief Marketing Officer Putu Yudha said on Monday (07/17/2023) that his party is offering users coaching clinics on handling electric motorcycle batteries to help them learn about the electric motorcycle ALVA Cervo has just started.
Here are four tips on how to take care of electric motorcycle batteries to make them last longer:
- Charge the battery immediately when the battery capacity of the electric motorcycle is 20 percent.
- If the motor is not used for a long time, cut off the power, store it in a safe place, and then open the battery cover or remove the battery from the docking station.
- Also make sure the battery is protected from water and dust when opening the cover or removing the battery.
- When storing, ensure that the battery capacity is between 40 and 60 percent (not lower than 40 percent). The temperature of the battery storage is -20 degrees Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius, with a humidity of <60 percent RH.
